It is important to divide your puppy’s diet into two or more meals as they lack the ability to digest large amounts at once. It is therefore advised to feed at least three meals per day, up to 4 months of age. After 4 months, dividing daily feeds into two meals is recommended, with the added benefit of reducing the risk of bloating, especially in deep-chested dogs.
